Four disciplines
unified
Strategy, research, operations, and finance — one team, one methodology, one accountability for outcomes.
ASQ is led by six practitioners who have lived inside the systems we now redesign. Not consultants who studied them from the outside — operators, researchers, and strategists who built, ran, and rebuilt them in the work.
Strategy, research, operations, and finance — one team, one methodology, one accountability for outcomes.
Every framework field-tested before it becomes practice — and revised by what we learn in the work, not in the deck.
Two doctorates and a CPA at the table — combined with thirty-plus years inside organizations that actually had to deliver.
A worldwide bench that operates as your dedicated extension — the right talent, at the right time, at the right cost.
Two co-founders. Two operating partners. Two engagement leads. Each brings a distinct discipline — and together they cover strategy, research, operations, finance, business development, and community engagement under one accountability.

The strategist who has lived inside the systems most consultants only study from the outside — and the operator who turns lived experience into methodology.
"Not here to inspire you. Here to name the pattern with enough precision that you can act.
Omar is a leadership guide, speaker, and co-founder of ASQ Empowerment Services. With over fifteen years in leadership development, education, and emotional intelligence training, he blends strategic inquiry with practical operational design — helping professionals navigate identity shifts, organizational transitions, and the deeper questions of purpose and presence at the helm.
His background in trauma-informed leadership, organizational culture, and applied philosophy equips him to guide others with both clarity and compassion. Omar's teachings are grounded in lived experience — field-tested inside the structures, not theorized from outside them.
The researcher who brings doctoral rigor to leadership — and the coach who creates the psychological safety required for honest examination of what isn't working.
"True leadership is an inner journey — one that calls us to shed outdated identities and rise into our wholeness.

With over two decades in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and strategic consulting, she helps purpose-driven leaders and organizations navigate critical thresholds of change with clarity, courage, and coherence.
A Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Jessie brings a rare balance of structural rigor and relational depth to her work. She equips leaders to align people, purpose, and performance — blending systems thinking with self-inquiry to guide organizations through the fires of transition into expanded impact.
Two decades in social work, case management, and community building — translated into the relational infrastructure that makes organizational change actually take root.
"Programs don't change people. Relationships do. The work is in building the trust that lets real conversations happen.
Jacquelyn began her social work career in 2005 after earning her Bachelor's degree from Long Island University. She later obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University in 2007. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Four decades of designing, funding, and operating mission-driven programs — translated into operations transformation for organizations that need their delivery model to actually hold.
"Working with young people taught me what works: the system either lifts them, or it doesn't. There is no neutral ground.

From providing free tennis lessons with Arthur Ashe's Safe Passage Foundation to leading multiple Boys & Girls Clubs organizations, he has consistently created impactful programs in technology, education, leadership, and the arts.

Most consulting fragments. Strategy lives in one deck, operations in another, finance somewhere else. ASQ doesn't. You meet one team — and all six disciplines sit in the same room from day one, accountable to the same outcome.
Names the pattern producing the experience — translates the diagnostic into a structural redesign you can actually execute.
Brings doctoral rigor and evidence-based methodology — ensures every recommendation rests on something more durable than opinion.
Holds the relational layer of every engagement — translating two decades of case management and outreach into the trust that lets honest conversations happen.
Rebuilds the operating model so delivery holds under real demand — four decades of program design translated into systems that don't depend on heroes.
Engineers the AI, automation, and process design that take execution from manual to scalable — systems that survive day-two without burning out the team.
Engineers the financial architecture — transparency, governance, and compliance built into the operating model, not bolted on after.
When strategy, research, client relations, operations, AI, and finance all sit at the same table — recommendations stop contradicting each other. That's the team.
The fastest way to know if ASQ is the right fit is to have one honest conversation. Thirty minutes. No agenda. No pitch.
