ASQ Referral Partner Program

Know someone carrying responsibility who could use a stronger structure around the work?

A good referral begins with recognition. You see a leader, founder, or organization carrying more than the current structure can reasonably hold — and you believe a conversation with ASQ could be useful.

You do not need to diagnose the problem, sell an engagement, or decide which ASQ pathway fits. Make the introduction. We will determine fit from there.

Referral Compensation
When to make the introduction

Refer when the responsibility is real and the current way of carrying it is no longer enough.

You may recognize an organization that is growing, straining, changing leadership, repeatedly solving the same problem, or depending too heavily on a few capable people.

01

Responsibility has outgrown the structure.

Growth, complexity, people, decisions, or expectations have increased faster than the systems supporting them.

02

Too much depends on particular people.

Key work depends on memory, availability, heroics, relationships, or constant intervention rather than structures that can hold.

03

The visible problem keeps returning.

New plans, tools, meetings, or effort have helped temporarily, but the underlying pattern remains.

What ASQ can help examine

Leadership, organizational capacity, and the conditions around the work.

ASQ works with people and organizations carrying meaningful responsibility. The right starting point depends on the situation rather than a predetermined package.

Leadership

The people carrying responsibility.

Leadership development, facilitated learning, decision-making, communication, responsibility, and the patterns that shape how people lead and work together.

Organization

The structure carrying the work.

Roles, processes, accountability, coordination, communication, decision rights, operating rhythms, and structures that help responsibility move more clearly.

Application

The next useful step.

ASQ begins by understanding what is happening and determining whether a conversation, Practice pathway, organizational partnership, facilitated experience, or another direction makes the most sense.

Referral Partner Compensation

Clear terms when a referral becomes an organizational client.

Under the existing Referral Partner arrangement, compensation is tied to paid organizational engagements that result directly from the referral.

One-time referral fee
10%

Of the setup fee.

When your referral signs an eligible organizational engagement with ASQ, you receive 10% of the setup fee actually paid by that client.

Existing setup fees represented by the current referral program range from $500 to $10,000 depending on scope.

Example

$3,500 setup fee → $350 referral fee

Recurring referral fee
5%

Of the monthly retainer.

For each month the referred client remains in an eligible active organizational engagement, you receive 5% of the monthly retainer actually paid, for a maximum of 24 months per referred client.

Existing retainers represented by the current referral program range from $750 to $9,000 depending on scope.

Example

$2,500 monthly retainer → $125 referral fee per month

Recurring referral compensation is limited to 24 months per referred client and applies only while the eligible engagement remains active and paid, subject to the governing signed Referral Partner Agreement. Existing program terms provide for payment within 60 days after the applicable client payment has cleared. Referral compensation applies only as provided by the governing agreement.

How it works

Make the introduction. We carry the conversation from there.

You do not need to pitch ASQ, explain every service, or decide what someone should buy.

01

Make the referral.

Complete the form yourself or share it with the person or organization you believe ASQ should meet.

02

ASQ determines fit.

We begin with the situation, understand what is being carried, and determine whether an ASQ pathway is genuinely useful.

03

Compensation follows an eligible engagement.

If the referral results in an eligible paid organizational engagement, referral compensation is handled according to the governing agreement.

What partnership means here

Trust matters more than volume.

The strongest referrals come from people who understand the responsibility another person or organization is carrying and believe a useful conversation could help.

There is no expectation that you become an ASQ salesperson. There is also no need to force every introduction into an ASQ engagement.

Fit comes first.

If ASQ is not the right next step, we would rather say that clearly than turn a relationship into an unnecessary sale.

Make an introduction

Give us enough context to begin well.

Tell us who you are referring, what you are noticing, and why you believe a conversation could be useful.

You may complete the form yourself or share this page directly with your contact.

ASQ Referral Partner Program

A useful introduction starts with understanding.

Share who you are referring, what their organization is navigating, and why you believe ASQ should speak with them.

A member of the ASQ team will review the referral and determine the appropriate next step.
