Review The ASQ Practice
Before you apply

This is a practice, not a passive membership.

The Founding 100 is for people willing to apply the work in real conditions, reflect honestly on what happens, and contribute to a small-group environment where other people are doing the same.

You do not need a senior title. You do need meaningful responsibility and willingness to practice.

01

Real responsibility

People, decisions, outcomes, relationships, or meaningful work depend on how you lead.

02

Willingness to practice

You are willing to try the work between sessions rather than only consume information.

03

Contribution to the group

You are prepared to participate respectfully in a small-group learning environment.

What you are applying for

Founder-led facilitated membership.

Membership is recurring and application-based. The first 100 members are intentionally founder-led so ASQ can protect quality, learn from the experience, and establish the delivery standard before broader facilitated expansion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment. Fit, readiness, scheduling, capacity, and group composition all matter.

The application

Help us understand the responsibility you are carrying.

The application is designed to understand fit, readiness, and the conditions you are actually navigating.

You do not need perfect answers. Useful context matters more than polished language.

  • Who are you? Name, contact information, role, organization, and approximate scope of responsibility.
  • What are you carrying right now? The work, people, decisions, or recurring situation that made you interested in The ASQ Practice.
  • What do you want to become better able to carry? The capability or condition that feels most important over the next stage.
  • How do you want to engage? Your readiness for recurring small-group participation, between-session application, and workable scheduling.
Begin your application

A thoughtful application starts with your real experience.

Tell us about the responsibility you carry, what you want to develop, and your readiness to participate in the Founding 100.

Application first. Fit before enrollment. No payment is collected by opening the application.

Application structure

Three areas of context.

01 · Basics

Who are you?

First name, last name, email, mobile phone, city/state or country, current role/title, organization/business, organization type, and approximate team or scope of responsibility.

02 · Current reality

What responsibility are you carrying?

What are you responsible for right now? What recurring leadership situation brought you here? What feels most important to become better able to carry?

03 · Readiness

How do you want to engage?

What would make the experience useful over the next 6–12 months? Are you willing to participate, practice between sessions, contribute respectfully, and identify workable days, times, and timezone?

What happens after you apply

Application first. Fit before enrollment.

01
We review the application.

The purpose is to understand fit, readiness, scheduling, and group composition — not to reward polished answers.

02
If there appears to be a fit, we talk.

ASQ will invite you to a brief fit conversation before enrollment and payment.

03
Enrollment follows acceptance.

Payment and onboarding happen only after the application and fit process are complete.

Begin the practice

Apply if you are ready to work in real conditions.

Real responsibility. Real practice. A small group of people learning to carry the work more deliberately.
